The Primary School caters for children from Kindergarten to Year 6 and is concerned with total development of each student.

We recognise that these formative years are the most important in every child’s development and as such, we endeavour to provide a happy and stimulating environment. We understand the unique nature of each child and encourage students to be strong thinkers and independent learners.

At the Hamazkaine Arshak and Sophie Galstaun College, we have designed an integrated curriculum, which builds a sound foundation in literacy, numeracy and cognitive skills. Key learning areas of study, as set out by the New South Wales Board of Studies, provide the basis of the curriculum with the addition of Eastern and Western Armenian language studies, Armenian history, religious studies and Armenian cultural studies in music and dance.
